Since the sale of petrol inside jerrycans and gallons was banned because
of the activities of fuel attendants who prefer selling to black market sellers
rather than selling to non-commercial consumers, Nigerians have found
innovative ways to buy in small quantities.
This filling station located after Berger, Lagos, was pictured selling
directly into buckets.
Isn't this terribly dangerous?
